📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales and distribution operations in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and distributors.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
