📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and inventory.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare products and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
