PT Sumber Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities and tasks.,Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives.,Ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.,Strong background in team management and coordination.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
