📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the digital transformation initiatives for our luxury resorts and boutique hotels, focusing on guest experience enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, and guest engagement platforms like Concierge Suite.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to align with our hospitality vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across all properties.
• Monitor and optimize digital performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Train staff on the use of digital tools and platforms to ensure smooth adoption and utilization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in hospitality technology and innovation.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and share insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel digitalization, with a proven track record in implementing and managing digital solutions in hospitality.
• Certifications in hospitality technology or digital transformation are a plus.
• Strong understanding of PMS systems, guest engagement platforms, and other relevant hospitality software.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
