In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
