Easy Express Dinamis is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastries that meet our customers' expectations. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong passion for baking.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts, using traditional and modern techniques.,Ensure that all pastries are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet health and safety standards.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that pastries are prepared on time and in the required quantities.,Maintain and update recipes to reflect changes in customer preferences and market trends.,Keep the pastry kitchen clean and organized, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in pastry making.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new pastry products and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
