PT Pancaran Restu is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in-store and remotely, providing a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and contributing to the overall sales performance of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stock and organize products on the sales floor.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
