Resto Nanda Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Balikpapan. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work to provide the best service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for coffee and food service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and storage of inventory.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that inventory levels meet customer demand.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that warehouse management software is up-to-date and functioning properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and ensuring accuracy.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the coffee and food service industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for on-site work.
