📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Document and report on IT issues and resolutions.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
