Apotek Umar Computer is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our pharmacy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. You will work closely with the management team to provide financial support and contribute to the overall success of the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.,Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports to the management team.,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Train and mentor junior finance staff on financial procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a retail or pharmacy environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
