Home Village Indonesia is looking for a Lead Site Engineer to join our team in Tegal, Jawa Tengah. The Lead Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of Home Village Indonesia sites,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Develop and implement safety and quality management systems for the sites,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field),Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with construction management software and tools
