📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and vans, ensuring they are in good condition for safe and efficient transport.
• Plan and execute delivery routes, working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate transportation of goods.
• Load and unload goods according to company procedures, ensuring they are transported safely and securely.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety regulations, maintaining a clean and professional driving record.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing updates on delivery status and resolving any issues that arise.
• Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the maintenance team, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Valid B1 or B2 driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation, preferably with a focus on heavy vehicle operation.
• Familiarity with route planning software such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
