Airbnb is seeking a talented Product Program Manager to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product roadmap and managing the execution of our product programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that enhance the Airbnb experience for our guests and hosts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers.,Lead and manage the execution of product programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities that align with Airbnb's business goals.,Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.,Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, product teams, and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management and program management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or a similar role in a technology company.,Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of independence and initiative.,Experience with product roadmap planning and execution in a consumer-facing product environment.,Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
