Sehati Gita Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth of our restaurant business. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
