IPS Securex is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administration Executive to join our team in Bali. This is a contract/temporary position offering a competitive salary package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and communication logs.,Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional responses.,Maintain and update sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective administrative support and coordination.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events, meetings, and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales administration software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
