📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.,Present properties to potential buyers and address their queries.,Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Assist in property marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related field.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Good knowledge of the property market in Samarinda.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for property viewings.
