📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create high-quality 3D presentations and drafts for residential projects,Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results,Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in residential design,Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members,Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,Present designs to clients and stakeholders, explaining technical aspects in a clear and concise manner,Maintain and update design files and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design or a similar role,Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar,Strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards is a plus
