Trust Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.,Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and team-building activities.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and Learning & Development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Learning & Development or full-spectrum HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and contributing to organizational success.
