📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing hotel operations and staff.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service quality.,Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to maintain operational efficiency.,Supervise and train staff to uphold hotel standards.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to operational improvements.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid certification in hospitality management is a plus.
