📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.,Provide technical support to staff and ensure IT systems are running smoothly.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related issues.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of IT reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Familiarity with common IT hardware and software.,Knowledge of network infrastructure and security best practices.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
