📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding employees.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues.
• Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus.
