CV Cemerlang Fajar is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department and ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage employee performance through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company is in good standing with the government.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
