📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
