📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and analyze samples, and record results in a timely manner.,Assist in the maintenance and organization of laboratory supplies and equipment.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical laboratory.,Knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and software.

🛠️ Keahlian

Medical Laboratory Technology certification preferred.Experience with hematologychemistryand microbiology tests.Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance procedures.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
