📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

Conduct financial audits and reviews.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.

Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.

Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
