📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals and objectives.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
• Promote and participate in company events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive store performance.
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
