In this role, you will work closely with our pre-press team to ensure that all content is accurately prepared for printing. You will use industry-standard software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to prepare files for printing. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Prepare and manage digital files for printing using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with the pre-press team to ensure accurate and efficient file preparation.
• Monitor and optimize IT systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to employees as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in IT and pre-press.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
• Familiarity with pre-press processes and industry-standard software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
