Duta Citra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead GA Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the general affairs of our cafe, ensuring smooth operations and a pleasant environment for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage the cafe's budget and expenses, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the cafe's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
