📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our salon services.,Create and manage social media content to engage our target audience.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions and events.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Manage our online presence and ensure our website is up-to-date and user-friendly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
