📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Oversee inventory management and ensure all stock levels are maintained,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food preparation,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace,Assist in the preparation of reports and other operational documents,Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry,Proven ability to manage and supervise staff,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace,Good organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
