📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing schedules and resources to meet production targets,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses,Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with company standards,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Providing support to the management team in decision-making processes,Handling customer inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
