As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring our products are well-represented in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Promoting and selling our products through various channels, including in-store, online, and through partnerships.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
