📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
