📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in meal preparation and cooking
  • Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Training and mentoring junior staff
  • Participating in menu planning and development
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with food handling and hygiene standards

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Proven track record of food preparation and cooking skills
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
  • Possession of a valid food handling certificate
