📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and edit content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.,Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and meets industry standards.,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and FAQs.,Participate in product development processes to ensure that documentation is created in a timely manner.,Review and edit documentation created by other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software and hardware products.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
