📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for documentation.,Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing team for product brochures, whitepapers, and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
