New Bay Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
