📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring they are conducted effectively.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
