Alpen Food Industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager to join our leadership team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will act as a key business partner to senior management, providing actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. With a strong background in financial planning and analysis, you will leverage your expertise in SAP, Excel, and Power BI to develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets using SAP and Excel.
• Provide actionable financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and operational objectives.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to stakeholders, including investors and board members.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Mentor and develop junior FP&A professionals within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong background in SAP and Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
