📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the food and beverage service points
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, equipment, and utensils
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawers securely
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed
