📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests at the food and beverage service points
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawers securely
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed
