In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating foot and ankle disorders, performing diagnostic tests, and educating patients on foot health. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and treat foot and ankle disorders, including but not limited to, bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and diabetic foot ulcers.
• Perform diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, ultrasound, and nerve conduction studies, to assess patient conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, including orthotic prescriptions, physical therapy referrals, and wound care.
• Educate patients on foot health, proper footwear selection, and lifestyle modifications to prevent and manage foot conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in podiatric medicine through continuing education and professional development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Podiatric Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on foot and ankle care.
• Licensed podiatrist with a valid practice license in Indonesia.
• Certification in advanced podiatric procedures, such as surgical techniques or diabetic foot care, is a plus.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of podiatric diagnosis and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
