📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the compounding process to ensure raw materials are mixed and prepared correctly for injection molding.
• Work closely with technicians and engineers to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure continuous improvement in production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of compounding processes and injection molding techniques.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
