📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide expert advice on jewelry selection, helping customers find the perfect piece.
• Process sales transactions accurately using SAP Retail and Shopify.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on new jewelry arrivals and promotions to engage customers effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and contribute to the store's success.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using SAP Retail and Shopify for inventory and sales management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with jewelry terminology and trends is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of jewelry and merchandise.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for luxury and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
