📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll accurately and timely using SAP Payroll or similar software.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and employees.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Participate in payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Provide training and support to new employees on payroll procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll or similar payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
