• Develop and execute high-performance digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.
• Manage and scale successful campaigns to drive continuous growth.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance our digital marketing strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid campaigns.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of mobile marketing and app promotion strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Bali’s market and consumer behavior is a plus.
